Shipping policy

Once items are fully paid for, tracking information will be sent via email.  Please allow 2-3 business days for processing orders.  All merchandise is shipped via USPS unless other arrangements have been made.  Turquoise Creek will no longer be responsible for items once they have been received by USPS.  Turquoise Creek is NOT liable for delayed, lost or damaged items.
